Any cancellations that are non-weather related must be received 7 days prior to your event date. If cancelling by this time, you will not be charged for the remaining balance of the inflatable.
(The retainer fee is non-refundable)
A 50% retainer fee is required for your booking. This amount will go towards the balance due for the inflatable. The retainer fee must be made with a credit or debit card through our inquiry site. This card will be kept on file and used for future payments unless we are directed otherwise. You may pay the remaining balance with another debit or credit card, or through Venmo.
Adult supervision is required at all times.
The weight capacity for the inflatable must not exceed over 700Ibs
In the event that winds reach or exceed 15mph the inflatable must be deflated immediately. The inflatable must also be deflated during thunderstorms. (A little rain is okay, and won't hurt the inflatable)
If the blower stops working, ensure that all children exit the inflatable immediately.
Rules and Regulations
Shoes, jewelry, badges, pocket knives, etc. that can be harmful to the inflatable or others using it are not permitted during use.
No food, gum, or drinks on or around the inflatable
Face paints, silly string, glitter, confetti, sand, smoke bombs, etc. are not permitted on the bounce house. These items can cause damage to the bounce house that will result in a damage fee. (We have had events choose to setup a temporary tattoo station in the place of face painting, and that is completely okay.)
No smoking on or around the inflatable
No pets or sharp objects on or around the inflatable
Climbing, sitting, or hanging from the inflatable walls are not permitted
Rough housing or any behavior that can potentially hurt themselves or others is not permitted during use of the inflatable
Bouncing on the step of the inflatable can be dangerous and is not permitted.
